But enough about us, let's get started!

Here's your first "Quick Win" tip: Email confidentiality in Gmail:

Use Confidential Mode for Sensitive Emails

Gmail's Confidential Mode lets you add expiration dates and password protection to your emails, preventing recipients from forwarding, copying, printing, or downloading them after the set time. This is ideal for sending sensitive information like contracts, financial documents, or personal details.

Here's how to use it:

  1. Compose your email in Gmail.
  2. Click the lock icon next to the send button.
  3. Choose an expiration date for the email (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 5 years, or custom).
  4. Optionally, choose a password recipient needs to enter to open the email.
  5. Send the email!

Remember:

  • Recipients will receive a notification that the email is in Confidential Mode and need to follow specific instructions to open it.
  • They cannot take screenshots or photos of the email content.
  • You can revoke access to the email at any time before the expiration date.

This is just one tip, but it's a powerful way to add an extra layer of security to your Gmail communications.
